Gleamberry delivers globally and assures the use of the best possible transport/courier agencies to deliver your product/s. Domestic Orders placed on our website will be shipped with 2-3 business days. International Orders will be shipped in 4-5 business days.


- Free shipping is valid on all domestic orders, and all international orders shipping charges vary according to the region it will appear at the checkout , with the following exceptions. 

- Free shipping is applicable on products purchased from the SALE page or any discounted catalog.

- Gleamberry reserves the right to end or alter this promotion at any time.

- Standard T&C will be applied.


Shipping charges of products on Gleamberry will be mentioned at the time of check out. The said shipping charges are volumetric in nature and differ from product to product.


The VAT / Custom Duty / Local Taxes / Import Duties are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner or as advised by our courier partner. does not include these extra charges on our price (as displayed on the e-shop). These taxes will be chargeable over & above the product/order price you pay on the e-shop.

Please Note: These charges are ungovernable and they differ from country to country according to the local rules & regulations.


Any product that you buy on, which is MTO (made to order), will be shipped within 1 week of order booking. In the case of MTO our customer care team will get in touch with you to provide you with the specific details.


These days are merely indicative and your order could be shipped prior to or later than the mentioned date depending on the availability, customization and other factors attached to your order. The order dispatch time and shipping time varies from product to product.


All orders dispatched by are fully insured at no extra cost to the customers.


Once the order has been handed to the courier agency, will email you the tracking code, along with the website link on which you can monitor and check the status of your order.


The tracking code may take up to 24 business hours to be activated on the tracking website.


Gleamberry does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code.

Gleamberry will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In such cases the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges.


The customer can change the shipping address within 24 hours of placing an order by logging into Gleamberry and going to the 'My Account' section on the top right corner of the website. No changes in the shipping address will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.


In case you purchase multiple products in one order, all products will be dispatched together. Unless, you have opted for customisation, in which case, the order will be dispatched only once the customisation is done.


If there is a delay in delivery caused due to any natural calamity, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance, Gleamberry shall not refund, return, replace or exchange any order.

In case the delay in shipping is caused due to unavailability of stock Gleamberry shall inform you by email and you will be able to choose an alternate product, opt for store credit or receive a refund for that product.


All products shall be shipped from India.
Billing Address refers to the address where a customer receives credit card bills.
Shipping address refers to the address where the order has to be delivered.


  1. Cash on Delivery can be used as payment method only for orders less than Rs. 25,000/-.
  2. Please enter your pin code on the checkout page to check if COD is available in your region.
  3. On dispatch of the order through COD option, the tracking details and the name of the courier partner will be sent to you for easy tracking and navigation.
  4. The order amount has to be paid in full to the delivery person before receiving the package and signing of the delivery sheet. The package can be opened only after the payment is made.
  5. After a COD order is placed, our customer care division shall call you to confirm the order within 24 hours. Please note an order can only be considered placed only after the confirmation call has been received by you.  We will try and contact you thrice before canceling your order. Please ensure that the contact number given in the order is reachable.
  6. Please do not accept any order if the seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery; such orders will not be accepted if returned.
